1st Annual Thizzler Jam Music Festival

Music lovers gathered all throughout the Bay Area for the 1st Annual Thizzler Jam.

Thizzler is known for promoting local artists on their website so it seems only fitting that they housed their very own music festival in the heart of the Bay, Oakland.  Hosted by Mistah Fab, Priceless Da Rock, LoveRance, DC and Radio Reem of 106 KMEL got fans hyped while they waited for their favorite performers to rock the stage.

Giving the fans what they want, Thizzler strategically included the people with a suggestion process for which artist should perform.  With so much talent brewing in the Bay Area this all aged event was held at Venu in Downtown Oakland, equipped with 2 stages and 3 levels of entertainment.

Thizzler On The Roof was founded in 2010 by Matt Werner (Em Dub) to provide Bay Area artists a platform to reach a worldwide audience. What started as a personal blog in 2009 became a dedicated effort to promote local music when, after diving deeper into the local hip-hop scene, it became clear that there were very few mainstream outlets that provided any kind of support to local talent. After the Hyphy era died down, media politics become so prevalent that many talented artists had nowhere to go to get heard, and from that, Thizzler On The Roof was born to fill the void.
