Shooter Surenders In Lil Wayne Tour Bus Shooting

Cobb County police spokeswoman Alicia Chilton says Jimmy Carlton Winfrey surrendered Tuesday afternoon in Atlanta and is being held without bond for his involvement in the tour bus shooting towards Lil Wayne.

Gunshots were fired at Lil Wayne’s tour bus early Sunday morning April 26, 2015 following his concert in Atlanta the previous night.  Shots were fired just minutes after two tour buses pulled away from Compound nightclub in Atlanta at around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, according to TMZ.

Sheriff’s records say Winfrey is facing several charges including criminal damage to property, terroristic threats, aggravated assault and reckless conduct.
