Airline Worker Trapped In Baggage Handle During Flight.

Willa Junior called 911 and banged on the hold’s ceiling when he realized he was trapped in the Alaska Airlines Boeing 737. The April 13 Los Angles-bound flight diverted back to Seattle after 14 minutes in the air, and Junior was freed.

Junior told ABC News that he fell asleep in the hold while loading luggage and woke up after a bag toppled on him as the plane ascended. He did not say how he fell asleep.

Junior was never in danger — the hold is pressurized and temperature

“The last thing I texted was ‘I love you’ to my mom, so I thought I was going to die,” he told ABC.
